Module Brief

The outcome of this module is to allow the admin to create, launch and monitor performance cycles.

As for the employees, to be notified when it’s time for them to do their own reviews and for others.

Solution

For the admins, they are able to create question templates which can be used when creating performance cycles. They are able to define the review types, eg. self review, manager review, etc.., the periods, the participants and the visibility rules, ie. who can view what review results at when.

For the employees, at the My Reviews page, they are able to do their own self review and see the reviews others do on them; at the Team Reviews page, they are able to do reviews for others.
